Oz PCs

My son had his gaming computer put together by a service that called out to his home,.After being there for 2 hours, (and the tech didnt bring his tools) he said it was ready to go, the technician said he didnt have time to test it as he had another job to go to.We plugeed the PC in, turned it on at the wall and there was nothing.My son refused to get the guy back and asked if I could take it to someone we could trust.I had never used OZ PCs but on a few occassions I had walked in and asked for advice and they gave it to me.I took the PC in explained what was wrong, the OZ PCs Tech said at a glance it was untidy work.I left the PC with them and my sons and my phone number, they rang him every step of the way and recommended some improvements to the system.The OZ PCs technician rang me when it was ready to pick up, I said I was 30 minutes and he told me he would wait and I picked it up at 6pm.Can't fault the service or the communication, my son is a gamer and has not had a problem. We will definately be returning with any PC repairs.

Visited Rory in store. Knows exactly what you will be looking for, great customer service and super helpful. Goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your order. Will be coming back to this store every time.

Stopped by on a recommendation by a family member. Pleasantly surprised with this great little local business. Clean and well presented store with a good range of products and build options. James was friendly and knowledgeable and a great representative for the business. Would recommend visiting if you have any tech needs.

Unfortunately i cant remember the womans name i dealt with but would not reccommend Rory to even change my batteries in my torch.I had difficulty getting Rory to be attentive to my requirements. Gen X i assume. He would disregard what i wanted and brush off my concerns. he didnt complete the tasks assigned.Luckily the young woman was very receptive and corrected ALL the things missed by the other Rory .She is a valuable asset to this company and i will now always check if she is in the shop should i need assistance,3 Stars is a little harsh but it took me 3 visits to get things right.Don't disregard the oldies. we are cashed up and there are plenty of computer shops to tend to our needs.

great Knowledge, customer service, friendliness, cost effective, everyone needs to visit this boutique, local, and really dedicated business. I highly recommend. No doubt that their advice is always accurate and they care about saving you money without costing you in the long run, with poor quality products. Their range is for everyone and every purpose, custom built products are faultless - Highly recommend!

Don’t go to this shop there bad, I got my laptop headphone Jack stuck and they fixed it put didn’t connect the audio to the speaker and the usb jacks don’t work

Wicked help from Ally/Ellie (sorry! didnt hear). Tested my computer when it was failing and when all came back positive I was very confused, but they came up with a solution i never would've thought of in 100 years and now it works perfectly!! Thank you so much, saved me a great ordeal of trouble.
