Best gym I’ve come across, it’s adorable, fun and always different with a large variety of classes. The trainers are professional and know how to get you to break a sweat and achieve all of your goals. If you haven’t tried it out do yourself a favour and try Kelsie Grezl Personal Training.

Kelsie and the team are amazing and so supportive of everyone’s individual goals and achievements. The gym environment is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. I’ve been training with kelsie for nearly 4 years now she has helped me drop a lot of baby weight and keep my health in check, her and the team are amazing.From the minute you walk in it feels more like a home then a gym, best part is that kids are welcome at all times.

Amazingly family friendly gym. The trainers are so friendly and supportive (and great for helping out with kids so you can get an effective workout). Trying to get to the gym is hard when you have little kids but knowing how family friendly and welcoming KIN is makes it so much easier.

I love training with the girls at Kelsie Grezl! I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym. The classes and the pt sessions are amazing. Highly recommend!
