KING'S LANDING BARBER

Today I did the hair cut, beard shape and shaving in Kings Landing. The person who did the hair cut, beard and shave I think his name is Ahmit (his workstation is next to Anmar). Ahmit did excellent hair cut and his cutting skills clearly demonstrated how much experienced he was. Excellent customer service and Ahmit ensured that I was happy with the overall service. I would recommend this place everyone who is looking for an excellent hair cut.

I was so afraid to choose barber in Australia as I migrated from India recently. I am so concerned with my hairs and beard cut. I went to this place randomly and Loved their service. Laith and Anmar are awesome. Professional barbers and friendly guys. Highly recommended for best service.

Kings Landing Barber is an awesome place. I've been going here since I moved to Mernda in May and cannot recommend anyone as good. Friendly staff. Always happy when I leave.

Took my 3 YO son for a hair cut- the Guy said“If is gonna cry we cant do it”Didnt even ask if he would cry-Just arrogant -May be a good place but i am not going there to people with such attitude

I had a very dissapointing experience when I went for a hair cut with my son today.There was a number of people when we got there and we joined the que.After a few minutes, we advised one of the barbers that we will be back we just needed to get something from Coles.Upon coming back, I was surprised that people who were behind us were served before us even after explaining that the people had come after us.When it comes to customer service King's Landing Barber are very pathetic.I understand digital customer management systems might be expensive to put in place to manage appointments but a manual log book or card system (issuing numbers on entry of each customer) may suffice to improve customer experience and satisfaction.Sam, you have very experienced staff but customer experience is very poor, please look into it. I am just coming there for now because you are next to my house otherwise I will never come there.
