I have found the management to be poor in quality and service through personal purchasing, professional dealings & when job seeking as a youth.I'll give 1 star in respect to few helpful employees this store has held over the years but am disgusted at how management handles business and treats their customers. This is why more people shop online.

bought a washer after explaining specifically what I needed re cycles to find out the 1st time I used it I found I was not given proper answers or explanation. Haier 8kg top loader, spin cycle not adequate, left clothes wet with some dripping still on the highest spin rate.

Very limited and outdated stock, staff that don’t have a clue what they are selling. Dust over all the displayed items . Definitely room for improvement. I see why buying online is more attractive.

Sorry to say this store is to expensive and they don't have an lay by plan as most other Harvey Norman stores do .it Up to u if want to shop here but to me it's way over priced store .
