Advertising intense brekky burger combo and the had no food. The only food the had was dry and tasteless. Stock in the fridges was low or empty. Won't be going back there again.

Indian girl name Satinder at service desk counter doesn't know how to greet or treat the people. Like when some aussie shows she greats them well but when some Indian enter she is so rude never greet them just the formality. Don't know what is wrong with her.

I had a coffee this Friday morning… I would like to say thank you to the girl working there .. I don’t know the name… it’s the best coffee I have ever had … made my day !!!

Easy parking large petrol station. This petrol station is on the way to Ballarat or the otherside of the Hwy out of Ballarat towards Melbourne.. Generally competitive with their Petrol prices. Great little truck stop or rest stop... Has a Cafe, Kentucky fried Chicken. The Apco shop sells fresh local honey and honeycomb as well. The Apco going from Melbourne to Ballarat sell excellent pizzas and Mcdonalds is on that side

I was very appalled with the service I was given a couple days ago to say the least! I was served by someone by the name Satinder, I think it was? This was the rudest service I have received, and am absolutely disgusted with it. Please address this as I would not want any other customer experiencing this either. Other staff members were friendly and had great customer service but was really not happy with Satinder.

Don't fill you're car up here, filled my car up today and the car was running horribly right after filling up. Turns out the fuel is contaminated. Absolutely disgusting that they would sell dodgy fuel.Spend a bit more and go to a bp or a shell for proper fuel

I don’t know why people say satinder is rude,she is a beautiful, kind hearted,sweet girl who welcomes me every time I come in !! She absolutely makes my day !! Great customer service Satinder Xx

This feels like the cheapest petrol in the state. Prices are sometimes 10 to 20 cents cheaper than other rivals nearby.
