Chris is an excellent communicator, really easy to work with and keeping us across exactly what actions had been taken and when, and how many prospective buyers were looking at the property. The outcome was a good one for all parties and as good as we could expect in the current market. He knows this area really well as well as a lot of the local people.

Warning – stay away from this dodgy business.If you are looking for agents to manage your properties, Woodards Oakleigh should not be in your list.I had the worst property management experience ever with them.Woodard Oakleigh must be the worst state agent in the industry and cannot be trusted with your property.I have a property portfolio managed by Woodard for the past few years and apart from having a different property manager every few months, I ended up with a worst property manager by the name of Michael Sabell. Whom I can describe as incompetent, lazy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Since Michael took over the management of my properties, I have had nothing but headaches, stress, problems and damage to my properties.The treatment my properties received under Michael management was substandard and very poor, my property was neglected, damaged and was not cared for in any way plus they let a tenant walk away after destroying the garage door because Michael did not see that the garage door motor was completely removed and the garage door was hanging by a wire, not just that, they also stole money which they were not intitled to.After a few heated emails they returned part of that money, and they decided not to pay for any damage or loss which will end up in court.They have been dishonest, greedy and are crooks, I do not recommend them to anyone.I am shocked on how such Dodgy Crocks are still allowed to operate a business.
