Our family of five Stayed here regrettably for only one night but we had an amazing time. The lagoon view room with two bedrooms was clean with plenty of amenities and great views. We are definitely looking to return, staff are friendly and facilities are great! Keep up the great work team

Visited a renter. Nice rooms, though small. All adequate for a holiday. Safe walking around. Tons for kids to do, park, water activities, cafe, etc.

Our recent stay at the caravan park left much to be desired. The atmosphere was marred by a rowdy crowd, making it difficult for us to have a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Loud groups of people gathered around a fire pits well into the early hours of the morning, often until 3am. This constant noise disrupted our sleep and was highly frustrating. We had hoped for a more tranquil environment where we could relax and unwind, but unfortunately, that was not the case.Adding to our disappointment, we were shocked to discover a queen-sized bed thrown into the pond when we woke up the next morning. This act of vandalism not only ruined the aesthetics of the park but also showcased a lack of respect from some of the other guests. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for property and demonstrated a failure on the part of the park management to maintain a safe and respectful environment.Another letdown during our stay was the absence of a camp kitchen. As guests who enjoy preparing our own meals while on holiday, the lack of this facility was a significant inconvenience. It forced us to find alternative ways to cook and store food, which took away from the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. A camp kitchen is a basic amenity that should be available at a caravan park, and its absence was disappointing.Overall, our experience at the caravan park was far from satisfactory. The disruptive behavior of the rowdy crowd, the act of vandalism we witnessed, and the absence of a camp kitchen were all significant drawbacks. We hope that the park management takes these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the overall experience for future guests.

We stayed here back in August great location and places for kids. We stayed in a cabin and was very disappointed in the state of our rooms. We found moldy food under the bed peanuts under the lounge and someone’s slipper. The beds were like sleeping on bricks.One of the glass panels on the balcony was super unstable. I notified staff of the moldy food and when it came to check out which we done a day earlier not one thing was said. I sent an email regarding the state of the room to only be offered a free night stay. Not sure if I would stay back here.

What a amazing camping. The pool area is incredible. The power site we stayed was big. Only thing I would say, was the bathroom was a bit outdated. Showers cabin could use face lift. But overall one of the best camping we have stayed. Going back for sure. Highly recommended.

Great park.. wonderful villa. Kids loves the heated pool and splash park. This was our second vacation here and we'll be back next year. (Family of 5, plus 2 grandparents in verandah adjoining cabins!)

It was a very disappointing weekend away. The holiday park it self was fun for the kids but the showers were discussing and the toilets were never clean. I camped with my family and the whole weekend people were partying hard. We got kept up both nights untill 3 am with adults getting into fights and young teenagers letting off fireworks. The security did nothing at all. I made a complaint but the reception the did nothing at all about it. They said call the police And then Saturday night it happened all over again. Not a caravan park I'll be going back to again especially with my children.

Beautiful location. Reception staff were wonderful, very helpful and accomodating with our booking. We were on sites 22a and 22b, which are great sites right near the lagoon and very spacious, away from other sites. The pool area and children’s water park are fantastic. The park grounds are well maintained. My only criticism would be the amenities, they did not appear to have been cleaned during our 4 night stay (mid week). Definitely not filthy, but did need cleaning. The park has many cabins which look nice but does not appear to have many camping / caravan sites. There are a lot of really old run down permanent vans with annexes which do detract from the look of the park. And there is no camp kitchen, which was a shame. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We stayed on a powered campsite for the weekend and loved every minute. Such a great space with clean, modern and fun facilities. The water park and pool were an awesome way to end our stay before the drive home on a hot day. Will definitely become a regular here!
