AAT Kings Tours

We had a great tour to Kings Canyon, with Glen our guide and Frank our driver. They both made the day really special. Well done guys.My only real criticism of the company was that their pre-tour literature didn't make it clear, to people like us, who are not used to hiking in these conditions, how much water we would need, while on the hike. So we had to buy expensive water on the way.For anyone considering hiking in the Uluru area, we were very strongly advised to carry 1 litre per hour, as a minimum (the tour we went on was 3 hours, therefore 3 litres each, minimum)!

Did the field of lights sunrise tour on the 20/03/23. Had an amazing time and couldn’t fault the experience. Lucy and John were really nice and outgoing and made the morning thoroughly enjoyable. A must do at Uluru!

Arriving in Uluru/Kata Tjuta national Park, my friends and I decided to make a trip to Kings canyon part of our trip. We were tossing up between going on the day tour with AAT Kings or hiring a car and doing it alone.Given the cost we were considering hiring a car, however decided to invest in the trip. We had the pleasure of being guided by Jason and Dylan who really made sure that the trip was memorable and informative. Jason had us laughing the entire trip back with his stories and commentary, and they were more than happy to stop on the highway so that we could get photos of camel's, salt beds and dingoes.The shared knowledge alone made the cost of the trip worth it, and I would highly recommend anyone considering the trip from Uluru to go with these gentlemen. Their passion for what they do, and their enthusiasm despite doing this trip many times is authentic and palpable. It was a wonderful day.

We did the Kata Tjuta and Uluru Sunrise tours and they were great, comfortable coaches, well prepared, Beatrice, Lucy and Hans were highly entertaining friendly and welcoming, they certainly made the tours more enjoyable. Recommended!

We have enjoyed tours at Uluru and Darwin with AAT Kings.The tours are well organised, well planned, offer some meal options and cater to a wide range of ages and fitness levels.The tour include travelling in the comfort of air-conditioned bus, pick-up and drop off at your accommodation, local tour guide and a guarantee to see the best places from the best visual position.Compared to the cost of a hire car, the tours are reasonable value. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They will always attempt to make sure everyone onboard is happy.However, you cannot place a dollar value on all the local stories, anecdotal history lessons and traditional indigenous culture, you hear from the local tour guide. You would miss this, if you were driving around.It is certainly my favourite part of the AAT Kings adventure.

Great experience but very disappointed by the guide (we did the base walk). He didn't seem to know much, gave very brief and quick explanations and was rushing to the next stop each time. No time for questions and lack of kindness sometimes. At the end, we could have done our base walk on our own. I guess we have been unlucky that day.

My experience wasn’t the best. I took a tour called Uluru Base & Sunset. First of all bad time management. The highlight is to see sunset but we arrived at 1745. The sunset time was at 6pm. Uluru became already a bit red and I didn’t enjoy the moment much. I only stayed there for 30 mins and went back to the hotel.Most people enjoyed the wine and food rather than watching beautiful Uluru. I didn’t like the vibe. Tour guide explained okay but the lady explained terrible didn’t understand what she talked.I don’t recommend if you are into photography or just seeing views.And probably this tour is for White people who love drinking wines rather than watching Uluru.However the sunset view was the best I’ve ever seen in my life.

Did a couple of ATT Kings Tours in Yulara, to the Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park. We did Sunset at Uluṟu, Sunrise at Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa, and Sunrise Uluṟu Base Walk.The tour guides and bus drivers on these experiences were absolutely phenomenal! They were the kindest and most knowledgeable people. They had a passion for what they were sharing and it really helped make the trip even more exciting.They sights were stunning and we had a fabulous time on each excision. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking about booking with this company.
