These guys are great to deal with. I had a very old Silvia in for repairs. I ended up trading it in and buying a new V5 Silvia. There was an issue with the power light on the new machine. They checked it and switched it for a new machine on the spot when I took it back in. They still give sample coffee beans for with new machines, too.

Recently I took my E61 Italia coffee machine in for service at The Espress Group. They provided me a fast and excellent service and my machine is back to work like new! I even got me a sample of freshly roasted coffee beans, many thanks guys!!!!

Great customer service. Staff always smile and knows how to great and deal with people. Coffee is really good too and they have a large range of coffee makers from the small percolator to the best commercial coffee machines.

I had my Rancilio Silvia coffee machine serviced and fixed here. Quick turnaround even over the Easter period and really happy with the result. Really helpful staff showed me how to properly clean my machine to keep it in good condition. Highly recommend

I have finally found the machine perfect for my needs (Cime CO-02) and II had also tailored its look. Repair of my coffee machine was quick and on budget. No dramas and happy with process and result. I liked the relatively low fee for fault investigation, compared to other service providers.
