Horrible service with rude staff that lack skill in even the most simple of haircuts.I’ve never reviewed a business before except once but the service i got here was so terrible I had to write one.I went in for a simple trim and the hairdresser i got was extremely rude and unprofessional, rushed through the cut and completely butchered it cutting it far shorter then specified and uneven all over.I would never recommend anyone to get there haircut here unless you want to be wearing a hat for the next few weeks.

Michelle is the best!Half heartedly went here cos all the other hair saloons in East Gardens are fully booked (mid-day 10/09/22).Surprisingly good customer service.Professional friendly team members.Delivers the cut that you want.Nice store set up.Reasonable pricing.Heaps mall parking.

I asked for a number 5 men's haircut now I am bordering on being bald. Customer service has been excellent every other time though.

Hair a hair cut, was not overall satisfactory. The use of semi blunt equipment,they manage to snipped my flesh not my hairs,un even trims, oh price was not discussed prior. Instead hit yiu up with the final bloe with a high fee in the end when customers wasn't expected

Haircut was decent but beard trim and line up was horrible. Cut my neck and didn’t even use a razor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rip off .Charged 25$ for a tub of hair gel that retails for 10$ anywhere else. Then told to come here for haircut that they would do a better job on my head" . Arrogant and rip off place I wouldn't go here again"

I chose to head to this place due to my normal hair place being closed went in and waited. Got into the hair told them I just wanted a straight cut I was happy with the cut asking for the lady to straighten my hair asked for a price - didn’t get one - she started usually a blow dry incudes a wash too - my hair wasn’t wet it was dry I just wanted it straight - they then tired to charge me $60 for just straightening my hair and blow dry my already dry hair ( $30 for this treatment at the female hairdressers ) the whole appointment came too 105$ because I was paying by card 100$ if I was paying cash I don’t like how the old man comes up to u asking to pay cash instead of card too? After explaining that $60 is an overcharge he then proceeded to take my amount down to $90 for the dry blowdry and the hair cutIdk these ppl seem abit dodgy to me and I won’t be heading back there

Terrible service, the staff are just pushing clients out like at McDonald’s. Incompetent barbers which tried to charge $70 for me and my son whom I had to pull up and say fix it up. Enter at own risk if you want to be butchered.

Haircut was good. I asked for a beard line up and was disappointed that they didn't use any shaving cream or ointment before lining up with the blade nor any lotion or aftershave after. This left my skin burning after.

Great barbers very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend
