7-Eleven Riverwood

Everything is clean and hygienic and the staff are very polite and kind. The coffee by far is one of the best out of the other 7-Eleven stores that I have visited. The food and drinks are always fresh and taste incredible. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Just like another 7 11. They do have a digital tyre pressure gauge on the side.

I went in there tonight at 11.10pm and was served by Singh the fresh Kripsy Kreme donuts came in and I wanted a mixed pack. I always come in at this time but usually someone else. Anyways I asked for a mix pack and he said he can’t really do it right now and that it’s not possible for me to buy that only the plain ones or pack of mixed 12 which I didn’t want. Anyways I told him I always got it and he said he can’t do it. So I asked for his name and he gave it and I left. Won’t be coming back here again. Whenever they have new staff they don’t train them correctly not to mention petrol is 170c and sometimes the board isn’t on and you go inside and it’s the most expensive in Riverwood. Singh just lost yourself plus 3 others customers

The customer service is amazing, and not to mention the spectacular offers. The staff spoke politely and respectfully not to mention the outstanding efforts in keeping the customers happy. The foods and drinks are always fresh and taste amazing. I would go to the same store again with great pleasure.

Wanted to fill our petrol tank and empty our bladders. Not an unusual combo for weary travellers.But no... toilets are not for customers to use.So we didn't buy our petrol there either.Have to wonder if their lack of customer service and refusal to provide basic facilities warrants the enormous loss of customers and money.

A 7 Eleven in Riverwood that is conveniently located. Not sure why so many people are upset with a petrol station.I never walk into these places expecting 5 star service. I drive past a servo, it offers petrol that will not stuff up my car. I get out and use a pump that works... So far so good.... I walk in and line up and get serviced by an underpaid staff member who is most of likely working/studying at uni.Give the staff a break. As long as it all works and the place is clean. It served its purpose.

Please keep the passionfruit flavour slurpee here forever. I don't know one person who like portabello yet it's in every SevenEleven i go to.

This happened less then 20 minutes ago. I walked in with my bicycle, and walked over to the drinks fridge. I leant my bike where is wasn't on a shelf or in a position to obstruct anything. After I pulled a drink out, one of the staff approached me and said You can't bring that in here" as he pointed at the bike

Atm didn't work took money out of my account and didn't dispense any cash.It was a 7-11 branded ATM and the staff were confused on what to do and all they could do is call head office on Monday 2 days later.

I’ve lived around riverwood my whole life and never received this poorly of mistreatment from Employees, The bloke in a vest was outright racist as he had other employees “keep an eye on me” as if i was doing something wrong, i had my support worker with me and he commented on why she left me alone inside… when all i was doing was buying food. i will not be returning as it was uncalled for. shame on him.
