A relaxing couples massage. Originally had no bookings, but kindly followed up when the had an opening.

Just what a pregnant woman needed! Lovely massage and understood my needs. Very relaxing and the bed had an electric blanket underneath so I didn’t get cold. The only thing that I didn’t like was too much oil but I think that’s a personal preference. Would I go back? Yes. Would I recommend to others? Definitely. Thank you!

Every time I book in at Coco Chai I KNOW I’m going to be taken care of. No matter what treatment I have, I know I can count on Narelle and her beautiful staff to make sure that I walk out feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed in every way. If I need my waxing done and I want them to keep talking to me so that I can get through it that’s what they’ll do, if Im having a bad day and my skin feels like it’s built up from bad energy, I call and book a massage and a facial and I know that I can rely on the team to pull me out of those negative energies and back into a balanced mental and physical state. After being a loyal client for the past 2 years I can honestly say walking through those doors I feel at home and comfortable, like I’m surrounded by people that just get what it means to take care of a persons individualised needs ❤️❤️❤️

I went in for a massage, facial and pedi. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I left feeling so relaxed, and I look foward to my next visit. I can't recommend this fantastic business enough.

I am a regular at Coco Chai and I always have a very relaxing time, with very professional service.Recently for my husband's birthday, I gave him a gift of a 75 minute treatment. First a foot scrub and then an hour long massage. I accompanied him for the treatment. (I would have been a fool not to!)The massage room is warm, beautifully lit and decorated and a perfect place to relax.Every time I have a been to Coco Chai the therapists have been friendly, professional and highly attentive.We are so fortunate in Kiama to have Coco Chai Day Spa.

Lovely experience, the ladies were all pleasant and sweet. We were shown to our room which was lovely and given ample time to undress (didn’t feel rushed at all). The massage was not too harsh and not too soft (perfect pressure). They didn’t ask if we preferred a specific pressure though but it turned out perfect. They also didn’t ask if there were any problem areas for us. The lady I had forgot about my sore ear once (piercing) but nothing to lose stars over. The experience was ultimately so relaxing and wonderful. Would’ve been nice to have a warm wet towel to wipe off the oils but also nothing to lose stars over. They gave us herbal tea and as much time as we wanted to sit in the sitting room and relax after. Again nothing feeling rushed. Overall great experience.

Love going here whenever I’m in Kiama - it’s welcoming, unpretentious and good value. I’ve had some great massages and package treatments here - highly recommend

Sorry for the long review but I found this experience very strange.I booked the zen heaven and earth package (90mins -$180 each) for my partner and myself through coco chai day spa. The description on their website reads “The bliss starts with a foot bath and scrub treatment, continues with a full customised facial, and ends with a combination of warm oil and hot stones massaged into your body”.From the beginning it was a bit weird, as my partner and I have never been to this establishment before I assumed we would have a consultation before our facial and massage and sign a waiver which is quite common and the norm so they would have our history, any allergies or injuries, the pressure we would like etc. and then have a foot scrub before starting (as advertised). Instead we were lead into a room and told to undress and lie face down on the massage tables. When our masseuses entered they seemed confused about what our actual treatment was, when I told them what I had booked they told us to turn around on the table so that we could get out facials first. They were pleasant enough but at no time introduced themselves or asked about our skin type/allergies etc or really told us anything about the products they were using on us. While doing our facials they massages our legs and feet (not body as advertised) and then after touching our unwashed feet went back to massaging our faces! Gross! Mid way through they both left the room without saying why and left us for a good 5 minutes. My partner and I were very confused as to if the treatment was over or what was really happening.Eventually they came back in and started massaging our feet and faces again. The pressure was lighter than I would have liked but at no point in the 90minute treatment did either of the masseuses check in with my partner or myself about anything so I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. Eventually they said to come out and get our foot scrub out in the other room. My partner and I were very confused and feeling a bit uncomfortable as to what to do as we did not get our body massage just legs and we did not know if we should put our clothes back on for the foot scrub or use the robes provided. Upon looking at the time we realised we were not getting our body massage, that It must just be legs and feet and for some reason we were getting our foot scrub at the end. We dressed and sat down for our foot scrub and tea where the same girls scrubbed our feet in near silence. Like I said they were both nice girls but at this point at the end of the 90 minutes we still did not know their names and it was really very awkward and uncomfortable. They also left product on my boyfriends face.The whole experience left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and uneasy which is the furthest thing you want after what is supposed to be a relaxing massage. It wasn’t terrible, it was just a bit unprofessional and clumsy. In comparison to other spa treatments I have had (and I’ve had many) it was far from up to par. Really not worth the money! Felt quiet sad handing over the funds at the end.On the plus side my partner and I laughed it off calling each other foot face for the rest of the day and quickly went to the beach to wash off our faces.Probably won’t be going back.

Hands down best facial I have EVER had and their products are fabulous. Looking forward to going back again really soon! My mum had a pedicure by Christine and she also said it was amazing. Very excited to have found such a great day spa!
