Good variety of work, everyday is different, it’s a casual job so you usually get given the jobs no one wants to do. ( a good fill in job while hunting for a full time job)- Management are great... pay always on time...

As a former Backpacker and now International Student I can't recommend Construct Personnel enough!As I am restricted to 20h per week it's tough finding a job especially within the construction industry. The team of Construct Personnel was more than happy to help me out and work around my restricted work hours & school days and had given me the opportunity from the start to show and prove my skills on site, as it is often hard to be taken serious and treated equally as a woman in this particular industry.The Construct Personnel team is highly respectful and Dan always makes sure that I am keeping well on site/at work and checks in with me on a regular basis.All in all by far one of the best labour hire companies I have ever worked for in my entire time in Australia. Can't recommend enough!

Amazed this get's flogged on the radio so often, month after sign up and interview and not a single job despite having many labour / construction related competencies and not a single day's work. What a waste of time.

These guys have given me a chance to prove myself. Gave me some shirts as i have had a ruff start to the new year and cannot thank them enough. Always on time with my pay and have had no issues at all. Considering they don't do any Union work and still pay above award wages which is great. Thanks
