Chris has been amazing from start to finish when I pre-Ordered a camera lens and then needed it transferred to Brisbane to collect, amazing communication and customer service thank you Chris!

The salesman at Mt Isa, Chris, was the most informative person we have met for a long time. He knew his stuff about moving photos to the cloud, then laptop, onto iPads to hard drive storage. Next was the tripod for the wife’s camera, it broke during the eclipse of the moon, showed us how it sets up in all directions then to finish it off changed my screen protector. Absolute gentleman he is & an asset to the HN Mt Isa store.

I like Harvey Norman but dam when did everything get so expensive staff are nice and helpful but its definitely a captive market here in Mt isa

Plenty of items instore helpfully staff.However, one of the staff members was helping me load a new washing machine onto my trailer out of the store because it was the last one, so I was sold the one off the showroom. They wrapped it in bubble wrap because they didn't have the box for it, and while she was helping to load it she was shoving it around roughly, and I ended up stopping her and doing it myself. When I looked closely while tying down, I noticed new scratchs on the washer and small scratch on the bottom corner. It was already loaded, and I wasn't taking it back in there over that. Wouldn't hurt for staff to take more care when handling expensive goods. Didn't mention anything to them because it wasn't serious enough, and I had other things to do. However for a 14kg $1500 washing machine, you would think someone would use more care.
