Pretty helpfully staff.

Customer service is lacking sometimes due to staff that are not proficient or professional and have had to wait some time to be served. Was receiving a monthly gold service - the cell and the filter wasn't cleaned, and I was still charged for a gold service. The next service I requested a silver service as I wasn't going to pay for a gold service when I wasn't receiving a satisfactory service.When I cancelled with Poolwerx they were not even interested in why I was taking my business elsewhere.

They don't seem to care about there customer,s. But it has new management now from last Tuesday maybe there are better than the old owner,s

These people are very professional and most helpful. The products they sell are great. New glass media and later a energy efficient pump. My pool looks fantastic after the new Viron pump was installed by Ben. Thanks Poolwerx

Not great customer service. Was booked in on a Monday to have a pool light look at and replaced, left a key in the meter box outside so they could let them selves in. Hadn't heard anything by Wednesday and called to find out what was happening, talked to a guy who didn't know how to use there computer system and told me to call back the next day, called back on Friday morning as we were heading away for the w.e and had to remove the key from outside. Was told they could get someone there that afternoon but that didn't suite me ( Monday did) I told them I would be back Monday afternoon but was told there guy was now on leave for two weeks. Will have to find a company that tells me a day and sticks to it.

Walked in to buy pool salt and was told wont sell to me unless i bring in water sample. I have never heard of something so ridiculous in all my life. I have had an inground pool for thirty years and this m........ wont sell me salt unless i provide a sample. Never again will i enter this store. Never heard of something so ridiculous.

Call them yo book an appointment for pool maintenance, asking for any availability to send a technician.We have no availability indefinitely, Google should ban these kind of business, wasting People's time and Energy.

Unable to get served now on two occasions. First time he had the shop open and was told couldn't serve me as the computer down. I left. Came back to have my water tested. After waiting in line to get served he took the water and received a phone call and spoke for about 15 minutes whilst I waited. Walked out and told him to forget about test. He never blinked a eyelid. Did not give a care in the world just ignored me. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SERVICE.Thank you for your reply to my review about your service. However I failed to bring up the point in that I was the only customer in the shop. Nobody else. I certainly would not complain if another person was being served. Thank you

Peter is incompetent at Pool Safety Certificates and understanding Australian Standards. He incorrectly measured the distance between the ground and pool fence resulting in us purchasing a house which has a non-compliant pool. He has been unhelpful in the matter and unconcerned with his incompetence. Instead claiming because we changed the type of mulch it's our fault, when it is that fact that it is mulch not hard ground that is the issue.

I get some people are impatient, but most need to remember it not a retail store that have many employees to serve you.. seriously. Sure there's a wait sometimes.. no one has control over who walks in. What you always get in return from this store is good reliable advice, great products and staff who always remember you and happy to see you. Alex :)
