Smooth process for pick-up of goods. Helpful retail assistants. Oven was in perfect condition, just missing the box. Only thing I'd comment on was not being informed that the warranty was reduced to 12 months because the oven was considered a factory second, when only the packaging had been damaged. Not a big problem, but I hadn't been advised of that. Judi

Absolutely sensational service and product! A very special thank you to Soroush (delivery member) as he went well beyond the call of duty to ensure my washing machine and fridge were placed in the appropriate rooms. I was not present during delivery and asked Soroush if he could kindly take the goods inside my unlocked home and placed accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you again Soroush!
