Don't look anywhere else. True experts who value quality work and professionalism. My antique oriental rugs have a vibrancy of colors and hues that I never saw prior to having them cleaned by Allan and Lachlan. Thank you both for a job well done.

I am so pleased with the three carpets that Allan and Lachlan cleaned for me. They are patient (gave a detailed explanation of how the carpets would be cleaned; answered many questions) and incredibly knowledgable. Lachlan collected the carpets for cleaning and delivered them after cleaning. He even offered to help me move furniture to put them back down on the floors! I could not be more impressed and pleased and will certainly use them again in the future.

I had 4 carpets cleaned and upon return it was really a wow moment. The colours were restored and the texture of the rugs was like new. They did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Really satisfied.

This is an absolutely first-rate rug cleaning business. Allan Bennett is terrific to deal with - knowledgeable, low key and super-professional. We have now had 7 medium-to-large rugs cleaned, ranging from true hand-woven Orientals to machine-mades, and including a hand-hooked rug made by my grandmother. All have come back in what seems to be better than new condition (despite our dogs and cat). I can't recommend this business too highly. They must be good because this is the first time I've ever felt moved to review a business!

We have just had our silk on cotton oriental rug returned from cleaning and we are extremely pleased with the results. Our rug has come up like new. It's the first time it has been cleaned in over ten years of a lot of use. The service from Lachlan was very friendly and knowledgeable.
