First National Real Estate Phillip Island

Unresponsive, unprofessional, untrustworthy. We made an offer on a property and had a building inspection performed believing in good faith that our offer was still in progress. Didn't even have the courtesy of a follow-up phone call before advertising the property as under offer by another purchaser. How is that working in the interest of the vendor? How did they know whether we were willing to make a higher offer? Will never look at another property advertised by this business

We have had the good fortune of dealing with Michael Mc Leod from First National on the purchase of our dream home at Cowes. From the moment that we engaged with Michael , we felt most comfortable and well supported during the stressful and often daunting process of purchasing a home. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and he would always help us with queries and copious questions relating to the property, not to mention the multiple visits. At no time during the process did we feel under any pressure, which only made the transaction seem seamless. We had our rental with First National, it was the worst experience ever!!!The tenant they found for us - they were behind on their rent almost from the beginning - lots of excuses from Michelle - unbelievable excuses.Our house was brand new and the damage that happened from the tenant unbelievable and First National did not notify me as a owner (that the garage had “accidentally” been driven into - I drove down there) Michael was no help and sat there with no apologies - nothing. The bedroom was hanging off - please rethink if you put your rental with these guys - they only care about the tenant - I’m sure it was one of their friends.I now use Ray White - their service is outstanding and have had rent each month and hassle free!First National was the worst for service if I could give them minus 10 stars I would!!!!

Drive from Melbourne to Cowes for a 3pm viewing on 9th Nov of a property in Red Rocks Rd , three phone calls to the office met with unhelpful replies, hold the fort I have sent a message
