Menu isn't the best and the meals were average, they did used to do an amazing carbonara which was why we went there but they've taken it off the menu.We went as a small group for our Christmas breakup and 2 people got food poisoning from the chicken pasta.

Great pub and bistro with delicious food and friendly service. All meals are great value and the open salad bar makes every meal a feast. We really enjoyed our visit here and we will be back.Check their Facebook page for different specials throughout the week.

Went in for a Rooster Burger as had heard good things but instead was greeted with a BREWSTER Burger!Sensational!!That lad Robbie in the front bar is in the wrong game...can cook!!

Great food , good price and good service. the oysters were maybe the biggest I’ve ever had. Mixed grill was pretty good. Red Rib & steak was a good deal too. Good cold beer and a nice cab sav with the main. Recommend venue.

Went for lunch, had a beef schnitzel and chips, thought price was reasonable. Open salad bar was ok. Meal finally arrived it was the worst beef schnitzel I have ever had. Could not eat hardlyAny of it. It smelt wrong, looked wrong and tasted even worse.. Mushroom gravy was horrible it was so thick and gluggy. Would not recommend. The one star is for the salad.

When we visit the Mount from Adelaide we always dine at Jen's Hotel as it is the best hotel in the Mount and has been so for more than 150 years since my ancestors arrived there in 1860 and became appreciative patrons.
