Dont go here. They fixed the main problem (so i thought) only to give it back with another problem that wasn't there before and surprise, surprise, they tried charging me more to fix the problem they created while fixing the actual problem.

Horrible service. The person who works at the Plumpton store did an extremely poor job installing a tempered glass. There was debris and lint under the glass. He didn’t admit that it was his fault and refused to rectify it.

Very lovely service from Sam today. Shout out to him. Highly recommend!

The manager is easy to deal with and catered to everything we needed.

I have had six repairs done here and the guys have been great, most repairs 30 minutes

Took my daughters phone to fix the here. Part didn't arrive within the expected time frame and then when i asked to have my phone back that i had found someone else who could do it on the spot was told i could not take the phone due to the part being ordered already. I agreed to pay for the part and take the phone home for the weekend and bring back on Monday to be fixed. I dropped the phone off and upon pick up the back cover was not sealed correctly and the staff member used rubber bands to hold the case together and told me hopefully it will stick. Will never use this place again!Edit**And now the phone is not charging again at all and the headphone port is not working !
