Fox Mowing & Gardening North Lakes

Terry is a very expensive gardener. He charged $82.50 for a lad to spread 4 plastic bags of mulch out with his hands and plant a pot plant. I explained my concerns to him about this bill and I got a very rude reply.He also does not respond to communication, even though he prides himself on it. I have numerous text messages unanswered. I am very disappointed in him. He does do a nice job with the garden but you will be payingthrough the nose for him.Secondly the email I received from Fox Mowing about this message is insulting. Of course I am a client, I do not need to disclose my name on this site. I have given your company honest and genuine customer feedback. I was a good client and I was genuinely worried by the charges I received on my invoice, which I communicated politely. Terry and the Fox Mowing Organisation responded by being rude to me about a valid billing matter that I raised. This could all have been resolved with just a bit ofcourtesy.
