Great team. Very satisfied with my result and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants high quality service for their braces.

So disappointing and will never use this company every again!!Spent so much money having my Invisalign’s with clear orthodontics and not to mention how many people I referred to them!I called them up pretty upset because my dog has chewed up my retainer to see if they can use the same impression they had to order me a new one and they said well it’s going to cost $200 for the upper and $200 for the lower a total being $400!!! I advised I spent lots of money with them before and referred people to the Company surly there was something they could do.I was put on hold for a quick moment to see if there was something more they could do and they just said sorry it’s the cost! Disgusting I’m in complete shock! Will never return nor recommended anyone here again!

I had a very disappointing experience with Clear Orthodontics. I was accused of owing $900 for an account that I had paid off 2 and a half years ago for my Invisalign treatment. I was shocked and frustrated, as I knew that I had paid off the account in full.Despite my protests, the receptionist did not seem to believe me and I was forced to go through 36 months worth of bank statements backdated from 2018 to 2021 to find the payments that they had missed. Even after I had done this, Clear Orthodontics did not apologize for their mistake of missing the payments, which was very disappointing.It was only after they confirmed that my payments had been received that they finally thanked me, but again there was no apology for the mistake that had been made. It also took them a full 2 and a half years to contact me on my mobile to inform me that their statements did not show my last 4 payments. This lack of communication was unprofessional and frustrating.Overall, I cannot recommend Clear Orthodontics based on my experience. It felt like they did not believe me when I said I had paid everything off, and the lack of apology for their mistake was very disappointing. I would suggest looking for another orthodontics business that values their customers and their time.

Horrible service . Very Bad customer service. Staff are rude and immature. Never felt good coming here. They are Always cancelling appointments and making excuses for it all the time. The Manager Angela is extremely Rude and it's very hard to talk to them about treatment, especially if your not happy with it - I wasted allot of money here and the end result of my treatment was disappointing. Instead of helping me and doing what the customer wants - they tried to convince me that I looked good. They are not customer focused at all. They did the bare minimum when it came down to treatment. I went to someone else and my new Dr was shocked to see how they left me. Thier doctors are always leaving , so treatment is very inconsistent. I also know another person who came here and also had bad treatment aswell who's also getting it fixed elsewhere which is extremely sad. Please don't waste your time here.

The 2 Stars are for the Friendly Service and for the lady at the reception, I travelled a long way to get there only to get a Quote on a paper, the free consultation which they offer is not useful at all. You could get that information while speaking over call or virtually, the most ironic thing is how one can give you quotation without even having an actual look at your teeth. I understand the treatment was expensive at 8500$ for invisalign but I would rather pay a consultation fee and have my teeth looked in before I agree to the treatment, Wouldn't recommend any one.

I love this clinic and their friendly, genuine and beautiful staff. I have 3 kids who have had orthodontic work through them and the care and service they provide is beyond any other! Anna is the best receptionist and really brings a warm welcome as you step through the door. My kids love coming back, and I'm so grateful for their amazing work!

Highly recommend! I’ve had the best experience so far, all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dr Brown is great at answering any questions, and special shout out to Laura who has made me feel super comfortable from my very first visit.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the team at Clear Orthodontics is. Laura, Dr Brown, the Invisalign technicians/oral health therapists, and the wonderful ladies at reception never fail to provide the highest level of service and patient care, and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. When exploring my options (in terms of clinics) for my Invisalign treatment, I noticed a significant difference between my experiences/consultations at other clinics vs at Clear Orthodontics. The team are so friendly, caring, welcoming and professional, and the clinic itself is extremely neat, clean and hygienic. Laura in particular is so, so lovely, and Dr Brown is truly amazing at what he does. While Invisalign is already worth the price, going through Clear Orthodontics makes me feel like I'm getting so much more than what I paid for. The appointments, scans, checkups and payment have been a breeze. I'm currently approx. 7 weeks into my treatment and I have zero complaints. So, if anyone is tossing up between Invisalign providers, I can positively assure you that you won't regret going with these guys!

I visited this orthodontist for my initial consultation in June. Since June each and every appointment I have had has been canceled. Some due to covid but lately because they don’t have the staff to do my appointments. When they cancel it’s via text or email and you have to chase them to make another appointment. One week I rang and was told someone would ring me back the day and two weeks later I was chasing them again. I also had to pay $80 on my first appointment and was told that would come off the price of the braces. I guess I won’t be seeing that $80 again because I won’t be returning. So unprofessional the way I have been mucked around with appointments
