Broken Hill GP Super Clinic
All foreign doctors, some with very poor bedside manners. One female doctor I saw was very unclear and not at all sensitive to my issues. She spent the entirety of my appointment staring at her computer monitor. The reception staff are a mix of friendly faces and grumpy old women. Although there is a nice cafe and a pharmacy which opens until late, I would not recommend this centre or its staff for medical care. It is unfortunate that Broken Hill does not have a higher quality GP clinic of this size and modernity.

A few weeks ago i replied to a missed call from this joke of a medical centre leaving all requested details for a call back How kind it was of them to call me back nearly a day and a half later. When they eventually got back to me it was to enquire about a tele conference which i supposedly had made. Truth of the matter was. I did no such thing Might try the R.S.P.C.A. in future

What an absolute joke , called this morning for urgent script as I was told to do when discharged from hospital, said a doctor will call me at 10:30 , 2 hours later no call I’ve tried calling back 6 times every time they put you on hold then cut you off .

Terrible and just getting worse, no doctors and after waiting weeks to get an appointment you will be waiting over an hour. I will have to start planning when I get sick so it's on holidays somewhere I can actually see a doctor.

I had a scheduled appointment, and waited over an hour. I asked Receptionist why she didn’t inform me and delay my appointment, and the reply was “Dr is running late, Let the Dr know”.Receptionists control appointments and obviously overbook the day. Or else the Drs are very slow.Poor service indeed.

Absolutely incredible service! Super clean, highly efficient and friendly receptionists, highly knowledgeable doctors, no waiting times, top of the range in-house pharmacy, very nice in-house bistro/coffee shop, convenient location with lots of parking spaces. I have hardly ever been more impressed by any establishment... Good on ya!

In need of a urgent script refill/ repeat for anty depressant and because I WAS GETTING UPSET which will happen when you need a repeat for anti depressant medication Beth hang up on me.Not my greatest day I know. She should have put me onto somebody higher up.

If I could rate lower I would. Absolutely terrible staff, they think people don'thave lives of our own & running late is such a crime. I was running late, it wasn't by much either. 5 minutes at most & they cancelled my appointment which was an necessity for me. Before I leave. Would not recommend

Poor service.Call and wait on the phone for over an hr before anyone answers, to simply make an appointment.Front desk gives wrong informationBecause they don't enquire on your behalf, they just give you whatever answers you want to hear or they just say they don't know.
