Anyone leaving a one star review is a fake. Just bought a fridge from these guys and the experience has been incredible. So helpful.Since moving to Geelong I’ve bought from the Good Guys, e&s, Harvey Normans etc and Betta is by far and away the best of the lot. They price matched what I found online and delivered, installed a massively awkward large fridge. I can’t thank the guys enough. Keep up the great work guys and I’ll be sure to tell anyone who will listen that you are clearly the best

Just bought a TV online, easy, straight forward transaction, a great price and a discount for signing up to their newsletter! Next day delivery, driver even waited for us to get home, really good service, refreshing after having problems with the bigger chains in town. Thanks!

Absolutely flawless service.I desperately needed a replacement phone as mine decided to shut down at the worst possible time.The model I was chasing was In stocks so I purchased it.I asked if my data could be transferred if it wasn't too much trouble.Lochie was brilliant. Courteous, knowledgeable and as helpful as you could ever ask.He was organised and with a bit of research got me back in business.I can't speak highly enough.I'll be back 100%.

After my oven died, I went to this store with a mission. The replacement stove was quickly chosen, after fantastic service and advice from Lisa. After 6 weeks and no baking, my kitchen is now back to its old self. Thank you for your superb customer service, delivery, and taking away that old stove. We need more small businesses like these in Geelong, than large groups that use facial recognition software. So much for privacy Bad Guys & the worse DIY retail chain in the free world!
