Sold of market. I had a wonderful experience with Telly Poulos from Sky Realty. I would like to leave my total dissapoinment with the lack of responsibility and courage from Tom when discussing our application for a rental propety. He was willing to have a conversation until he wasn`t - stoped messaging, did not pick up the phone and a few hours late refused our application (after verbally saying it was all good to go ahead). I dont minf being refused, but playing with people with the current market situation is cruel.

5 stars is not enough for Sky Realty, previously ive had ongoing issues with mismanaged properties and dishonest agents costing me court fees and repairs. Sky Realty is 2nd to none in all aspects of property management and sales, i have sold and purchased through them on various occasions and found them to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. Telly and Tom spend time going through all options for landlords saving us time and money.I have just purchased a new property on the upper north shore with Tellys guidance and its an absolute pleasure to leave the management in their capable hands once again!

I was a renter under this agency for over three years, having been a renter myself for 8 years Tom was the easiest property manager I have ever dealt with. He always gave lots of notice for inspections, the application process was efficient, and unlike many other agencies he actually responded to issues with the property and they were promptly fixed. I would recommend this agency 100%.

I have been renting for 5 years in 3 different places, never lived in a beautiful, peaceful, convenient and value for money unit like 316/27E North Rocks Road North Rocks, before. Absolutely homey. Tom has been the best agent. Very supportive, easy to deal with and very understanding. Sad to leave this place as I have moved to my own house.
