Had a great experience with these guys - very friendly team especially Harry. They got my issue fixed while I waited and were nice enough to educate me on how best to maintain my vehicle. They even took the time to show me the damaged part I'd booked in to have replaced. Top notch service, couldn't recommend highly enough.

I attempted to use the service center for repairs, the manager especially, and staff were nothing short of arrogant, negligent and insulting. This service center not only created more problems but refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Specifically the manager confirmed, as a FORD repair center, they were unable and unwilling to repair FORD specific issues. Utterly Pathetic

Fair-ish deals, excellent service if you don't have hose and or a yard to wash your vehicle, you can wash your vehicle or drive in the carwash machine.. 10/10.

Really upset with the service here. It's always been pricey but I'd been going back because my car is a Ford. After spending over $3500 in 3 days with them only to have a part not be installed correctly then being blamed for breaking a part of the vehicle showed how unprofessional they are. Not going to go back.

Car seat for my 1 year old was disconnected. Belt was disconnected and the anchor point was loosened and left this way.Had to book in at baby bunting to get it all connected again.
