My experience at The Lash Spa has to be hands down the best experience in customer service I’ve ever had!!! From the reception staff through to my lovely eyelash technician. I felt so comfortable and well looked after. I love my eyelash extensions and having them done was a breeze, so gentle and it didn’t take long at all. All the little complimentary extras they add on make this place one of a kind. I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word. Absolutely blown away. Thank you so much x

The team here are just wonderful. There's truly nothing like this on the coast. It's so indulgent, feminine and elegant. All the added extras are well worth the price point and I loooove getting my jewellery cleaned as well. The new space is just magical and I can't wait to see this business keep growing and offer more services. It makes me feel so refreshed and relaxed everytime I visit.

As someone who has had my lashes done for years, I can confirm the Lash Spa is absolutely in a league of its own.From the moment you walk in, you feel a level of calm come over you as they offer you a hot tea and warm lavender face towel.The service is phenomenal and professional.The lashes are top quality. The application is so gentle as well! In comparison to other lash technicians, they are so quick and precise. I normally have sensitive eyes, but they are so careful I didn’t have any issues.I can’t recommend this place enough for both lashes and brows!

I recently visited the Lash Spa and I have to say, it was a truly decadent experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire visit.I had booked a lash extension appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free massage and rose foot spa as well! It was such a lovely gesture and really added to the overall experience.As for the lash extension appointment itself, I couldn't be happier with the results! The technician was skilled and meticulous, taking the time to ensure that my lashes looked natural and beautiful.Overall, I would highly recommend the Lash Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing beauty experience. With their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, they have truly set themselves apart. Five stars!

Amazing new premises and luxurious services with a day spa feel, from relaxing neck&back massage to glamorous foot spa, this lash venue offers high-end facial cosmetic services with champagne, sweet treats and refreshing drinks. The lovely staff have been pampering me for years and I always feel like I don’t want to leave!

I’ve been a customer at the Lash Spa for a number of years. It’s a perfect name, as I always feel like I’ve been at a day spa! From the complimentary bubbles on arrival, the tea and chocolates, hot towels, complimentary massage-to the paid add-on’s available, it’s always worth my time and money. Amazing lash techs and last minute bookings make them my go-to place to visit.
