Absolutely terrible, they claim to be understanding and caring,huh, not one bit.Everyone can make mistakes,I understand this, but it's the passing the buck and not one apology.An example is. The notice was not put under the Death notices!! It was under funeral. We spoke to them to express our dissatisfaction/ disappointment ( the service agreement says combination of death and funeral)The reaction from them was well it's in the paper".When requesting to put it in where it should be
