The hired staff are always friendly and provide better service than the owners.Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the immature young boy working there (I believe it's the owner's son?). Very arrogant and becomes unwelcoming, belittling customers if they have opinions which differentiate from his views.Doesn't know how to do business.Rather go for a little walk across to the post office at Westfield Helensvale.

These people that work here are rude. The 2 young people should be fired. They never serve me, when they see me, they automatically walk away and I have to stand there and wait for someone else to serve me. Not good customer service.

Slow staff. Can be a line out the door and staff would rather have personal conversations than get everyone taken care of. They’ll make you retake passport photos and make you pay for them again, even though you got them done there the week before by the SAME PERSON!!!!! The male that works there on Saturday is disgusting. You shouldn’t be in service with the way you treat people. Trying to argue with customers when they’re walking away from you. Great look to the other customers you’re about to serve.

One of the best on the Gold Coast. They have everything you need to send letters, parcels, lovely selection cards and gifts.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love that it opens at 8.30am Mondy to Friday and it opend half day Saturday

So unhelpful and abrupt, I heard her say 'Oh my God' as she went to put down the phone and all I was asking was for a rough price of one of the post office services and 1 product item. I kept saying rough/approximate price as I understand that she cannot give me the exact price but I would of thought that a staff member that works there would at least have a rough idea of the item I was asking about. This is what I feel would be good customer service.

This outstanding family run office is 1 of the best Australia Post Offices I have been to. They helped me setup a business account and now post Box as well. Extremely knowledgeable staff and have a smile and willing to help with any questions. Clean organised store. They take care of all their customers, from mailing, to passport photos to passport applications. Very professional and friendly.Thank yoi
