Went a coil conversion on the ute and the was stoked with the outcome. What I was extremely happy with was the after sales service, the SSM team really stand behind their product, outstanding service team, 5 stars!!

First time purchasing off Superior Engineering and would happily recommend this company, customer service is first class and the company seems to have the customer in mind with helpful instructions added to order. Nothing seems to much to ask. I’ll be back! Thanks Danielle for all the help.

really happy with the service and the parts supplied. i had a 2 inch lift using superior engineering remote res shocks and kings springs installed to allow for better clearance off road and to allow for larger tyrerspeter; my sales rep, was really helpful and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. the guys in the shop were also really accommodating.my only issue is they aren't closer to brisbane centralwill definitely be going back for future upgrades.keep up the good work!

Absolutely horrible customer service with superior and spoken to about three different people. The only person who has been helpful has been Mitch. I ordered a lift kit from them received. It was no worries only to find out that my swaybar mount in fit properly and I was sent the wrong steering dampener mounts, and after about three weeks of waiting I called them again, and I kept getting told that the freight company was gonna do something about it and send me a new one, and finally they sent me out the right things. After everything was installed the front of my patrol was nosediving I measured everything that they asked for, and I still waiting on someone to do something about it. I understand things take time but when you’re paying 10 K plus for a lift, you would think that it would be right the first time and I understand things take time.but the car is sitting not right obviously something is wrong and considering every part on the car to do with suspension is from superior there has been a mistake on their side of things which would be fine if it got sorted but nothing happens if you guys would sort this out, I would change my review

Extremely Poor Customer Service, Will not cover warranty on a shock less than 12 months old as owners have changed!Buy other brands that will support you. Never answer the phone. Car is not drivable, obviously internal fault of the shock only been on the car for 8,000 kms -Poor Customer Service Again - Just a google response to cover your bad customer service.the below reply is not true I have had no reply from either the stockist or Superior after send a warranty claim and several phone messages with any sort of assistance. No phone call or email until i follow you up - finally spoke to a guy called Mitch who basically said no warranty - no help. Stockist - Swat Suspension in WA has been very helpful.

Was really happy with communication and was happy.with the wait time only thing is strut spacers offered a 50mm of lift but when installed I only ended up with about 30mm if I had known this earlier I would have bought the larger spacers with the ball joint spacers otherwise everything was good

They contacted me ,and let me now, there was a waiting time for that item. And offered another replacement. But that was not suitable . And I could not wait as I am leaving in a couple of weeks. They refunded my money and offered a discount on my next purchase. Thanks guys.

If you are thinking of buying a product from an outside supplier through superior engineering I would think again. The customer support with regards to any other product but their own seems non-existent.I have recently bought a karmann diff drop kit RRP of $2200, in which during the first month after professional installation had control arm bushes completely flog out on both sides. (NOT due to spring preload, alignment, spring rating etc). It was a defect.You would believe superior engineering would go out of their way on a customers behalf to try and fix/problem solve the defective part with the manufacturer. Especially when you only hear great things online/YouTube.Instead, I was palmed off from two calls I made to superiors customer team, (One of which did not know what this product even was) and made to do all the legwork between myself and the original manufacturer after research, and Nick helped me out greatly.Unfortunately after dealing with superior for years I will be finding someone else to deal with for future 4x4 products.

Terrible customer service. They fitted my car bull bar(paid and waited for 6month). But I found bull bar having damage when I picked up my car. They said it’s factory damage so i have to complain it myself to bull bar company.They ordered parts and fitted. They don’t have any responsibility and not professional. Do not waste your money to this company.
