Diamond Skylights

I cannot recommend Diamond Skylights enough. After getting quotes from a few other Melbourne-based companies, I called Diamond, where they understood and accommodated the urgency of my job. From start to finish, everyone was quick, efficient, kind, and paid attention to detail. You will not be disappointed!

Skylights look great once installed and have made a huge difference with light. Had to pre book a couple of months in advance due to workload. Our installer sadly let the business down with a haphazard approach to work- eg mess and fibreglass left, chipping freshly painted walls and low regard to pets or dust. I can’t fault the final product of the skylight but service is also a factor. Would suggest the business considers other installers next time.

I’ve waited to write this review as the initial ‘sparkle factor’ following the installation of our skylights was so strong. But I can now say after two months that my wife and I remain as impressed each day as we were when they were first installed. We had four skylights placed in our living room in two groups of two, four ‘Solatubes’ in our rumpus room and a further skylight put in the attic. The change was dramatic. So much light! The living room in particular is a joy every day. Nothing better than easing back in a comfy chair and watching the clouds roll by…through the ceiling. Thanks to the whole team at Diamond Skylights for such a great job from start to finish. Especially Riley and Jordan who put in extra effort solving the complexities of siting the skylights in the living room and reinforcing the roof where required.

Recently installed a Fixed Skylight (Model M04) with FSCD Solar Blind in Kitchen. Replaced 35 year old acrylic dome. Sensational outcome. Terrific, fastidious tradespeople - Riley and Carl were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had three sky lights installed and the whole process was seamless and they were very flexible and accomodating, given how old my house is. The difference they have made is massive. Highly recommend. Was told originally that we wouldn’t get our skylights as central as we wanted because of rafters but on installation they pretty much were !! Bonus

Very impressed. We required a custom made double glazed solution for our existing roof hatch. It needed to still be operable and so couldn’t be simply fixed glass. They had one specially made to order that was cost effective for us and installed the replacement roof hatch in less than an hour. Can’t fault the service, quality or value. Thank you!

We are return customers, having been so pleased with purchases made over 15+ years ago. We found the product to have significantly improved for our new purchases. The installation was much faster than anticipated, the communication advising us of the installation date and time was spot on and the installer turned up right on time. He was very polite, carefully protected all the floor areas where he worked and was took away all the packaging. What more can you ask for? This is the second time we have used Diamond Skylights and have been very happy with the service and product both times. We have just had 4 Velux skylights put in a very dark house and it has made a world of difference.Diamond Skylights were great with response times, communication throughout. The boys Riley and Jordon did a great job, were polite, up-beat and took pride in their work. It is good to see the boys enjoying working with each other and the work they are doing (even it he Melbourne winter).
