I recently had my Toyota Rav4 repaired by Car and Truck Hospital.They were very professional and helped me with a courtesy car until my car was fixed.My car was fixed in 3 days and the work was exellent.The painting job was some thing which was really wonderful.I am very happy with their work and will recommend them to any one in the future.

Just dropped in for a quote on a door locking mechanism - and the panel beater had a look and was able to sort it on the spot. Was so delighted as had envisaged big $. Very thankful for honest, friendly service!

Great service, 'fuss' free, as once they were given the claim number they gained all the necessary approvals from the insurance company direct. I was kept in the 'loop' with either emails or a telephone call. Exceptionally prompt service, once the necessary parts arrived our truck was booked in on a Monday and repairs were completed by Wednesday, the same week! Our truck was only a few months old from new and when we collected the truck we could not fault the repairs - so looked new again! Naturally my experience with this company was favourable and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to someone else.

From start to finish all the staff were friendly and professional. The repairs were done to a very highly standard. I was kept informed every step of the way and the accident damage was completed in the estimated time frame. Nobody can tell the car has been repaired. It’s very refreshing to find such a good panel beating shop. Would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done.

My car was involved in an accident more than two weeks back and i have a comprehensive car insurance cover with AAMI whose approved repairers are Gemini repairers, Osborne Park. My car was then towed away to their yard after the accident. These guys took one week and a half just to assess the car and come up with a quote and time frame within which my car would be repaired and they told me that they would repair the car by the middle of June 2021 (the accident happened end of April). They were extremely casual about this and i got the impression that they did not even care about the fact that i was struggling without a car and my policy did not even have a hire car. And my car's damages were not even serious and i thought that any good and experienced mechanic could get the repair job done in a matter of weeks but i was shocked to hear that it would take so long for them to do the repair job. It was at this point that i decided to cancel the repair job and opted for the cash payment option and immediately got my car towed to the Balcatta Car and Truck Hospital in Balcatta.The owners, Milson and Anthony, looked at the car and told me that this was a one week repair job and they even gave me a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. The money that they charged for the repair job was 800 dollars less than the job quoted by Gemini and they guided me throughout the process. And the best part about it is that they got the job done in 4 working days and i just picked my car up right now and it looks like it was never even involved in an accident.I regret the fact that i had a cover with AAMI and not with RAC because if i had an insurance cover with RAC, i would not have wasted so much of time, energy, money and resources on this getting the repair job done. Anyways, i learnt a lesson and i appreciate the efforts of Balcatta Car and Truck Hospital. The were honest, professional and the best part is that they did the job in just 4 working days. Truly commendable. I would would urge anyone out there to go to these guys. They are easily the best car repairers in Perth.

The Car and Truck Hospital did a great job repairing my wife's Kluger when it was hit while parked on a street. Following this, Steve and Millson did a great job of rebadging my car. Great work guys..

I have had my car serviced here for the last couple of years. They have always given me great service and really reasonable prices. They have always looked after me, and I totally trust them.Very friendly staff who really took good care of my car,I have moved away from the area now, but I still take my car there.

Car and Truck hospital had done a very good job on my car and went out of their way to get me the car back to me in time. Very professional and punctual in delivering the car. Strongly recommended.
