National Storage Marrickville, Sydney

Have stored my gear there for over a year and have no problems at all. The place is clean and lots of security there. Staff are friendly.

Toilets are pretty disgusting always but the new after hours gate system is pretty good.

A bit slow but otherwise staff are very friendly and helpful

PHYSICAL LOCK was put on our unit, 3 hours after being emailed a broken link to pay.Have only been storing a month and have been locked out twice already. First they got our move in date wrong. Second we had an automatic payment set up which apparently wasn’t working, today is a week late (one day after a late letter was emailed) and we were emailed a broken link to pay (no phone call or warning) which we replied to straight away. 2 hours later a physical external LOCK was put on our unit so we couldn’t access it. 5.10pm and we’re now on the phone waiting for someone to drive in to take it off so we can continue our work. What a waste of time.Could not recommend somewhere less if you’re trying to actually run a business.

Amazing staff helped me through the difficult process deciding on the best size storage while making sure I was aware of many options by showing me the sizes and costing then working out the best deal for my budget and storage needs.thank you both you truly made my day and the process less stressful than it could have been. Great service and knowledge and very friendly and helpful!

Easy access & convenient location

Worst customer service ! They assigned me a wrong unit online and quote the wrong price ! Now they want me to move into a new unit.

I have used National Storage off and on over the years in both NZ and Australia and find their professional service and competitive pricing hard to beat. The fact that I could access my Marrickville unit 365 days between 5am and 9pm made them extremely convenient. Highly recommended and I would unhesitatingly use them again should the necessity arise.

Nice facility and friendly staff. SECOND rental increase in 6 months! Not happy!!
