To be honest, I find they talk amongst themselves too much. I’m trying to relax and they think having aConversation with each other is okay. They charge excessive prices so it should be more professional. The women masseuse/s are not good at all and have no technique. I generally use Dom when I go and he is pretty good but it is hit and miss. Shame

Really hit and miss, there is one masseuse who is just not good. No technique, no strength and what she does manage to do leaves you in pain the next day. Others times it's great. Depends on the person.

This is my favorite place in the area though there have been times I’ve gone and have been disappointed. You’ve got to know which masseuse to ask for and also to ask for what you want e.g firmer. The massage couches are awesome and I always feel relaxed as soon as I get on the couch.

Very disappointed after 60 min whole body deep tissue with oil massage and yet this place is $5 dearer than the places near by. The lady was struggling as to how, where and the amount of pressure required.There is a chance the place might have more skilled massage therapists but, I won't be testing my luck for the second time.

Wow really bad service. Says open until 6pm and I arrived at 5:10pm hoping to get a neck and shoulder massage that’s 20mins in duration only to be told we are now closed. Asked what time they normally close the lady says 6pm but I want to go home now. Not serving anyone and store was empty. Promptly gave her a dirty and left and will never go there. Ever! What a way to run a business with 0 care factor for a paying customer. The rating speaks for itself. Avoid

Went in because I have had a massive headache all day, the guy at reception was the guy who did my 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. Honestly I think he braced himself on the wall to dig his knuckles and elbows into my shoulders, after telling him numerous times he was being far too rough, whilst squirming under the pain he was inflicting and yelling out owwwww several dozen times, I think by the time the tears were streaming down my face he finally realised he was being far too rough, but only backed off the smallest amount, I could not get out of there fast enough.
