Very knowledgeable in relation to all aspect of the building industry, especially in the area of regulations and building approval.Our project comprised a complex double story house extension on a sloping block including a 5 car garage, workshop, gym area, SPA room with bar, bathroom, upper level sun-room with alfresco dining area and lower level courtyard. Being an extension to an existing house the project encompassed numerous technical, architectural and engineering challenges not to mention regulatory and administrative challenges.As an owner builder with limited building experience, Buildpoint provided essential and critical support and assistance in the difficult and convoluted process of obtaining final building approval. Their input into the architectural design optimised the project ensuring the best utilistation of space as well as project cost.
