Canberra Harley-Davidson

I notice that the good reviews related to this dealership are for new purchases and vehicle deliveries. I have consistently had bad experiences for servicing at Canberra Harley Davison ranging from poor customer service with staff walking past me in the shop avoiding eye contact, therefore avoiding serving me and now my latest experience today. I live an hour south of Canberra and while on a trip to the coast my Tri Glid broke down near Kangaroo Valley. My husband had to ride the 5 hrs home to get our 4x4 and bike trailer to come back and pick my bike up. I called Canberra Harley Davidson and booked the trike in with them for the following day. In the morning I get a call telling me they are refusing the job, they will not look at the bike for me and suggested I take it to Wollongong instead. They were aware of where I live and this made no difference. The manager Jay advised me that he was sure I wouldn't be satisfied if I took the bike to them and that at $160 an hr labor with no idea what is wrong with the bike they were not prepared to look at it. Today I took the bike to Wollongong Harley Davidson who were incredibly helpful. They have already fixed the bike as it turned out to only be an issue with the fuel filter. Unfortunately I have already traveled all the way home and will now have to go all the way back to Wollongong to pick up my bike. I could not be more unimpressed with Canberra Harley Davison.

One of the worst dealerships in Australia I bought a bike from them this year and the frame snapped on me and then when I brought it to their attention they tried to say that I’m the one that deliberately cut it. I don’t even think they check over the bikes properly, and because of their irresponsible buying of this bikes, I have now got a permanent injury, so if you’re looking at buying a bike do not go to this Harley dealership there manager there is a flog then to top it off. They don’t disclose to you if the bike has dents or damage to it so I had to find out after purchasing it when the bike was dropped off to me in Victoria rest assured I’m not letting this go, so if you want to buy a bike, go to a different shop, it may just save your life

I only have good things to say about Frankie and the team at Harley Davidson Canberra. Professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I put a deposit on a bike, but was unable to go through with the sale. Frankie was understanding and I received a full refund without any hard feelings. I would recommend this business with no reservations. Thanks for everything.

Quick story, my husband always dreamed of owning a Harley - Davidson. At the age of 60 I could finally make all his dreams come true by buying him one.Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Jay and his team, they all went above and beyond to help us navigate the store and answer all our questions. Although we didn’t purchase our bike through them, they couldn’t of been more helpful and inclusive. Highly recommend this store.

Helped me out with finding the right bike for me. They let me testride 3 different bikes and sit on a few others in the showroom. Ended up putting down a deposit the same day for a secondhand heritage classic which I loved. Great bike, great service and sorted me out with a great price too. Cheers lads, will be back soon for some upgrades and cosmetics.

Thanks to young seb from canberra harley...I bought a 2012 heritage softail off the net earlier this year...Seb took care of absolutely everything to get the bike to Adelaide. The bike was everything he said it was...cheers cobba...a cutla b4 and after pics

The total experience in purchasing and customising my 2023 Road King Special was exemplary and that was because of Jeremy the manager, Lucas from parts and accessories and Josh from motorcycle sales; when I decide to buy my next Harley Davidson I would go back to Canberra Harley

Canberra HD are rubbish.Poor customer service!Call about a rear tyre for my ultra classic mid December bloke on the phone couldn't give me a price or availability at the time took my details and never called back. Went into the shop weeks later to inquire and told no orders till after 1st week in the new year ok fair enough, shops and suppliers close over this period. Call today 17th January to see eta on said tyre and haven't even placed the order then told will take at least another 2 weeks before it may come in?? Thanks Canberra Harley thats looking after you customers you'll be lucky if I walk back in anytime soon.
