By far the most unprofessional post office in the area especially Dennis and the other thicker lady. The poor young bloke how he gets spoke to I feel for him and there is other jobs that you don’t cop that from employees.Wanted a 17.95 coin to complete my set and he wanted me to buy all 5 at 17.95 each because that’s his rules as aus post complaints said to ask for the area manager number he declined. Asked me to leave the shop when I wanted to complain to the manager. Will be taking this further. I have a video of Dennis and how he acts. Its on Facebook to share my poor experience in the shop.

They don't seem aware of Australia Post procedures. Parcels sent there for collection are not always scanned when they arrive, therefore the tracking is not updated to Awaiting Collection". Head office don't care - their solution is to suggest using the same service that already doesn't work because there's no final scan."

I just attended this post office and I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady working there was so helpful when I asked her the best way to send quite a large box I had for my father for Fathers day on Sunday. She took me over to the shelves and gave me everything I required to pack it and send off. The gentleman at the counter was just as nice and taped it up for me to protect it as much as possible. They seem to be new owners as the previous workers were quite abrupt to you, so it was a nice change to get the great service.

The long skinny man gave incorrect information. I went in to lodge a mail redirection for my deceased mother. I had the death certificate that lists me as next of kin, a copy of the Will that lists me as executor of the estate and both our ID's. He refused to accept it and started spewing out some garbage about needing power of attorney papers, no sorry but power of attorney ceases once a person dies. I went to Penrith plaza post office where they accepted all my documents and completed the mail redirection within a few minutes.

Again like so many reviews about the older rude gentlemen.Went to pick up a parcel show my name and tracking number and he asks what’s in the parcel. Since somehow it’s difficult to go look by my name and tracking ID.Comes out again with no parcel. Asks for the 2nd time what is in the parcel. Showed my tracking ID and my actual ID with my name. Finally comes back out with the parcel I go to pick up my license to put back in my wallet and he is yelling ID, ID, ID.1. You have already looked at it2. Is it that hard to ask nicely.I hope I never have to pick up anything from this post office ever again.

Absolute laughing stock and I’m glad I’m not alone in my poor review. They are on a serious power trip not accepting digital ID, card ID (same name different address) and NSW car registration papers with same name and address for a collection. Fitting a gentleman infront of me was having the same issue and couldn’t believe their idiotic mindset either. Police were involved in my matter as I took my parcel when they wouldn’t accept my multiple forms of ID and even they couldn’t believe their stupidity.

The older woman that works here is extremely rude.We booked an appointment for a passport, rushed there only to then be refused service as they apparently don’t do that after 3pm but the online system booking allowed us to book it in at the time we arrived.The refused service wasn’t even the bad part it was way the woman spoke to us which was disgusting.I am now travelling to a different post office to get this done, hopefully we will receive nicer service.

I can’t give half star, can I.For your own good, don’t bother to go there. They will easily disappoint you and don’t want to help at all. They have no idea what they are doing. You will regret if you would give a try.On my third visit, he was on the phone arguing with someone else and I have waited for long time until he refused me AGAIN!Ridiculous!
