We contacted a number of ‘detailers’ before settling on O’Connor for an internal clean only. On the phone he provided straightforward no nonsense professional advice, and that won the deal. When we dropped off the car he was very welcoming, had time to talk through the process and share advice on how to ‘clean’ to car at home. The car was ‘in a mess’ when we dropped it off, and he was honest about his expectations of restoring the Alcantara fabric , but the finished product was very satisfactory. So glad we had a recommendation about this business, we had our 1967 Mustang detailed and the result was amazing, so we then had my wife’s BMW X3 done, it came back like new, Steve the owner is a straight talking genuine guy, he goes over all the details of the job and even explains the correct way to maintain the car. Steve and his team have just completed a full ceramic detail on my car and I couldn’t be happier. After wasting money by using a Car dealership ceramic coating I have learnt an expensive lesson, don’t waste your money, see a real detailer.
