Naomi and her team provided a beautiful service for my mother. They were extremely professional and easy to deal with. At such a difficult time in our lives they were able to help us provide a beautiful farewell to her. We had special and unique requests for the funeral and they were able to accommodate these for us. Our situation was complex, and even from the first phone call gathering options and information we were made to feel that no question was stupid and nothing was too much trouble. The online forms made it super easy and saved having to get into an office. Communication was transparent and easy throughout the whole process. I hope not to have to use your services again for a very long time, but when the inevitable occurs there is no question we would be using Community Funerals.

Although due to the COVID19 and being geographically impossible just now to travel I was not able to meet the Staff at Mossman/Port Douglas Community Funerals to attend to my good friend who passed away 12/9/2020, but we did it all by phone and on line. Everything was done with excellence and very professionally handled and I do look forward to meeting the Staff on my next trip up north.
