JADE rather large woman with brown hair, was so rude, i mistakenly put 12.5 items on the 12 items or less check out, and she made me repack my stuff and go to wait in a unbelievably long queue. This is NOT GOOD 'customer service' I will never shop here again, does that make you happy jade and pay your wages?

The lady at the smoke counter is one of the biggest muppets I've ever come across. Wouldn't sell a pack of filters to us because we only had digital licenses (NSW). Both over 35 years old what an absolute joke

We would like to sincerely thank the Coles trolley collector that handed in a mobile phone to the service desk. Unfortunately we do not know his name but he has a beard. We are truly thankful to him for his honesty and will definitely look out for him when shopping at Coles Bundy next time to thank him personally.

Most convenient supermarket for me. I get all my cat supplies here as they are both pretty fussy. Love the Scoop & Weigh products. These are the current fave munchies & even thought they are $18 per kilo, you can see this full bag was only $3

Staff are always lovely and helpful. Large range of products. Their click and collect service isn't as seam-less as Kensington Coles. I always seem to have larger waits and they have lost items before. But the staff and more than happy to help with any issues.

Really enjoyed shopping here. It was our first time at Coles and totally relaxing, although we didnt know our way around. We will shop here in future.

Long wait time at deli with only 1 staff member serving, Everything I wanted to buy was out of stock like usual, Myself having to buy more expensive items instead.I was once again very disappointed. Having to spend a lot more money than intended.

The thin bbq sausages are absolutely disgusting. They are so pale I can't be sure if there is any beef or if it is just beef fat. They are right up there with the worst thing I have ever eaten. Never again.

I work in hinkler, and EVERY DAY on my break I choose to go to coles to grab a cold drink. Every single time the cold drinks fridges near the tills are all empty. It’s either engery drinks or a soft drink to choose from, no water nothing. Just soft drinks or engery drinks with 10 empty shelves in every fridge. They are empty every time, I’ve never seen them full or being filled like come on guys how hard is it. Obvs won’t be going to coles for my drinks or food during my break anymore I’ll take the few extra steps and go to Woolworths as their drink fridge is always full of options besides sugar.
