Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the amazing staff at kfc today at 2.17 pm . We were served by Benjamin who was the most polite young men I have ever come across. i'd have to say it was the best customer service we have ever had in this town, granted we have never had a problem with the service or staff from your store ever. But was so impressed with how well mannered and well spoken Benjamin was. Thank you for your amazing service and a lovely experience. Keep up the good work.

So sick of going through drive through getting home and realising things are missing from family meals and never any sauce in fact they don’t even ask you what dipping sauce you would like let alone put it in the meal like advertised!! Customer service needs to be better and we should get what we pay for!! Now I remember why we don’t go there anymore!

For take away food it was great - super hot and crunchy. We got drive-thru. There was a long queue but staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Perfect food quality. Fast and friendly service. Very clean store. Maybe the only fault, being hypercritical is the access in and out off the main road.

Soggy green potatoes (sorry chips they call them).Pathetic Managers that have forgotten to grow up as they have either been living and working around for too long or they are still children themselves.Definitely in the top 3 for the worst food service in Muswellbrook.If they focused at least a third of the amount they did on the food as they did talking, they would probably learn to change the fryer oil before it fills the shops with smoke.

Staff are incompetent and do not care.Customer slipped over nugget on floor and staff didn’t even bother to clean floor to prevent further injuries to customers after customer told them they had slipped.I ordered on kiosk and only interaction I had with staff was when my order was called. Young girl didn’t seem interested to even be at work.
