Our new car that wasn't a cheap car. Had problems from new with the head unit...no maps, no phone, no charging nothing worked. Took weeks for them to install a new one... which also didn't work...waited for the 2nd time for a appointment.. they installed a another new one... It also didn't work ...3 Rd time waited again to install another.Backwards and forwards...the Car was 7 months old before it was fixed.Extremely disappointed with the service from Redcliffe Suzuki. Find yourself another Suzuki dealer that is professional.

Dylan and Melissa were really helpful and courteous. This was my first time buying a car and I didn't know what to expect, but these two explained and prepared everything in a way that was easy to understand and I really appreciated it. Furthermore, after the purchase, Dylan explained every detail of the car to me, and even showed me how to perform the service.

The whole experience was excellent. Joe the sales rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and above all, not pushy!Joe carefully explained the points of difference between the cars and models I was looking at and gave clear, concise answers to all my questions.On picking up the car after purchase Joe spent time explaining how all the elements worked and even set my phone up for me!Great service all round, thank you Joe and Redcliffe Suzuki.
