I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the work done by Paul and his team than I am now and have been since bringing it to Classy Cars. Paul provides an outstanding service. Our 22 year old Saab is still running perfectly well due to the care and maintenance from Classy Cars. Same with our 2005 Mercedes. I had taken my car to 4 different mechanics prior to taking it to Classy Cars. Not one mechanic could fix or diagnose the problem.These guys worked out what the issue was and fixed it! It's still running perfect! Thanks guys...much appreciated!

Classy Cars Service & Repairs are beyond fantastic! The numerous work performed on my vehicle was performed exceeding my expectations. I was more than happy to receive the car looking and feeling better than before. I can't recommend these guys enough. My partner and I bought a 1993 Saab 900i and love it- but she has needed some work. Paul has come to my rescue again and again when I have had any issues- and I know that if I drop her off he and the guys will have it figured out in no time and do all they can to get me back on the road asap. They are incredibly reasonable with their prices, and I am so lucky to have found them. They service all makes and models too and we are about to drop off our VW van and I am confident that they will have it fixed up in no time. Genuine good guys who know their stuff back to front.

I’ve owned my Saab now for over 15 years, Paul and his team are fantastic and always there to help no matter what the problem is. The service is second to none , they treat your car as if it was their own. I really can not say enough about classy cars Everton hills.

My saab 900s needed the convertible fixed. Spoke with Paul the owner and said i had a $500 budget. Week later he advised it needed a control module and it would be about $800-$900 and it would be repaired. I agreed as long as it was fixed. He than said it needed two micro switches( no price quoted). He than called and stated the frame was bent and likely he couldn’t fix it. But he had the car for another 7-10 days. He called and confirmed he couldn’t fix it. Sent the invoice for $2300+ with a note saying it should be $5500 but he’s dropping some man hours. I asked why I’m paying for redundant parts and a non working top. He dropped it to $1100. Again i was paying for parts that weren’t needed or useful. He than dropped it to $600. But again I couldn’t justify the money for what im getting back. He said just come and get it today. I got there at 16:53 and he gave me the $600 invoice. I said we agreed on $300. I paid that. He went and got my battery which he took out, as it was dead apparently (was just fine when i took it there). Put the battery in a walked off without saying a word. I left as they were closing and got home. I went over the car and noticed the damage they did(see photos). The tonneau cover(holes in picture) were broken, one entirely broken. The passenger side back is lifted and bent. So a massive gap is now present (it rained and the car was left outside and the water flooded my back seat and had a pool of water in footwell). Also I could get the top down and back up by using the button and manual override. Now it hardly works at all.So instead of getting my convertible fixed and enjoying it im taking it to the wreckers as a saab without the top working isn’t a Saab.This experience has been terrible and if i was you I would consider looking elsewhere, as its mechanics aren’t Saab professionals by any stretch.Also i have all the proof with emails which prove that I’m not embellishing this review.I will also be putting in a complaint with QCAT to report this business.Good luck to you all.

The guys at classy cars were very nice and easy to deal with. The communication through the automated texts and emails was great. My car service was completed quickly. However, they refused to give me a quote for a standard logbook service when I dropped my car off even when I asked for a ‘ballpark’ figure. When I picked the car up the price was $547 for a standard car service that the dealer quoted me $430 to do and that I 100% could have gotten done for less than $400 somewhere else. That’s waaaay too much! I tried using a local small business but sadly won’t be going back to them.

Excellent customer service, honest, knowledgeable and conscientious.Paul and the team have been maintaining my 1989 SAAB 900 and daily drivers for over 20 years. These guys have a reputation in the industry for their honesty and diligence. For these reasons and bad experiences with Ford and Toyota dealer workshops, I have chosen to take my new cars that were eligible for free/capped price servicing at the dealers to SAAB Automotive/Classy Cars.Recently Jack detected that a bearing was failing in our Toyota Aurion transmission, when a specialist transmission workshop at Maroochydore insisted the transmission was healthy. Jack’s diligent diagnostic work saved us thousands in repair costs.Many thanks to Paul, Anita, Jack, Suzy and Lachlan!

I have never had such outstanding mechanic service. My Nissan X Trail has not run this well since I bought it! Classy Cars loaned me a car for the day so I could get to work. They were honest and genuine in their approach. They offer Zip Pay. I can not recommend this mechanic enough. I am a VERY happy customer!!! Thanks guys, Angeline
