A lovely experience & great service. My request was a last minute one & with no questions asked, the lady who helped, was just as special as the flowers she had ready for me. She went above & beyond with giving me a card to write in & the offer of a pen as well. Beautiful service with a genuine smile. 10 stars from my family as well

This shop is amazing. Rose did an amazing job on my bouquet of flowers and put every colour of the rainbow in it and more. Rose is super friendly and always has a big smile on her face allowing you to feel very welcomed when entering the shop. I would honestly give more stars because the customer service and the flowers I paid for were just bloody sensational. Thanks heaps Rose and team, you guys are the best. I will definitely be back

I placed an order online in the morning for a native arrangement to be delivered to Queanbeyan Hospital Maternity Ward for the birth of my first grandchild. The arrangement arrived at the ward in the afternoon and was truly stunning! Thank you for your prompt service and for creating such a beautiful arrangement, it was much appreciated by all!

City Florist supplied the flowers for our wedding and were incredible. Our original florist cancelled unexpectedly, but City Florist were completely unphased by the relatively late order and very accommodating. Not only were the prices about 1/3 of what other florists were quoting, the bouquets looked absolutely stunning and even the photographer asked where we got them from!I was genuinely blown away by the quality, price and service provided, would highly recommend.
