Kitchens by Peter Gill

I found the staff at Kitchens by Peter Gill to be excellent in understanding my requirements and turning that information into a brilliant design to update the second bathroom. The functionality and design would bring the tired bathroom back to life, whilst blending seamlessly with the rest of the house. Although only a small project; they were happy to assist. I would definitely use them again.

We consulted KBPG on recommendation from a close family member who used their services, and I can honestly say that my family member has a lovely kitchen from KBPG, which was reasonably priced.We were charged for an initial consult and design, which I would have been totally OK with if the design had been appropriate, and if the designer had given any consideration for our specific needs and budget. But instead, we were given a design for cabinetry with a cost estimate of about $70,000. I was in complete shock when we received this design, because we had told the designer who referred us and that we liked the kitchen our family member had (and I named the family member so there was no doubt), and that we thought our kitchen cabinetry might cost a just a little bit more because we had asked for a classic shaker profile.We were so shocked to be charged for a design for a kitchen that was so much more expensive than we could afford, and to be I felt very hurt and betrayed when this happened.To make matters worse KBPG then arranged for a builder they work with to attend our house and to tell us how we should expect a kitchen renovation to cost $100,000 or more and that maybe we should just put it off if it wasn't in our budget. Was he talking about the builder's costs or the cabinetry? I have no idea. To come to our house as a guest and say that to us - it was so rude and conniving. And all because KBPG had created a design for a kitchen that was out of our budget - rather than simply own their mistake, they decided to gaslight us.After being invoiced for the first design for a kitchen we could never afford and wasn't to our tastes, we asked for a design that was of a reasonable costing and provided reference images . Ultimately, the second design was still not to our tastes, so we gave up on KBPG. That didn't stop KBPG chasing us for payment for the second invoice. I think we ended up paying over $1,000 for two designs, neither of which was suitable.During all of this process we never received an apology, and certainly not a refund. Peter Gill himself was copied into messages but he never spoke to us.Whilst I am sure KBPG make wonderful kitchens, our experience with them was anything but wonderful.

We replaced our kitchen with an entirely new one, including an additional wall unit. After visiting a couple of other showrooms it was an easy choice to use Kitchens By Peter Gill as the workmanship and quality were so far ahead of the others. Peter was very clear about the costs involved, including design drawings, and really listened to what we wanted. He came up with some suggestions and his showrooms were a great source of ideas for us to consider. The build quality was excellent and his staff both in the office and on site were very professional and helpful. We would certainly recommend the company, and have done already, and would definitely use them again.

Peter Gill and his team of fabulous staff and sub contractors delivered us the best kitchen. From the get go.... we felt comfortable with the team.... and the schedule.... everything happened just as planned. We have the most beautiful quality kitchen. Attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Peter has been doing this a long time and it shows.... nothing is forgotten. We're so happy that we chose Peter Gill to install our gorgeous kitchen.... we not only did the kitchen we had a wall removed.. so it was a major renovation and it was done with amazing sub contractors. We couldn't recommend Peter Gill Kitchens highly enough. If you want quality work with amazing people.. look no further.

Absolutely love the kitchen that was designed and built for us by Kitchens by Peter Gill. It's functional, looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted. Peter and his team were professional and went above and beyond to create our dream kitchen. Couldn't recommend enough!

We used Peter Gill for a kitchen re-build and were extremely happy with their customer service skills and overall professionalism.
