I use my laptop for my business. The hard drive had failed. Brian replaced it within the time frame he told me he would and it runs much faster with the new improved HD. He managed to recover all the data from my old drive. Very easy to communicate with and helpful from the moment I first called him. Thank you for getting me up and running again so quickly!

Prompt & very efficient serviceI had a hard drive issue that I spoke to Brian about. He was able to troubleshoot the cause once the laptop was dropped off. I was able to have it ready for pick up in the same afternoon after making contact. I would confidently recommend Brian to anyone with computer issues that need prompt service with a professional manner.

Brian was excellent - he is without a doubt the best IT guy you can have - professional and thorough walked me through some of my problems with my laptop (hard disk failure) - I recovered more than I expected and paid a lot less than it was worth. Highly recommended.
