Love living in this shire, the people are friendly, plenty of places to go walking and fishing, lots of stores and on the whole a better climate.

Absolutely love the staff here! I take my boys to storytime every week and they love it. There are other activities for kids and so many books to look through. Computers. It’s the best library I’ve been to in QLD so far. Travelling Australia from Toowoomba!

Grea public toilets, the roads are great and the town is clean and easy to navigate.

Story Time:1. A fun, supportive space for children to engage with stories through the storyteller, songs and other playful learning activities provided, to stretch the stories beyond the pages of a book2. An opportunity for parents/carers to see ways in which they can take home such reading/story telling skills to explore with their children every other day3. Exposes children from a young age to the excitement of books and the world around them that can relate back into the stories4. Children learn how to behave in a library (quiet spaces) as well as borrow, care for, enjoy and return books5. A chance for children to learn, as well as practice, self-organisation skills such as to sit, listen, follow instructions, take turns, interact with peers and an adult other than their parent/carerMy children really look forward to Story Time and have grown so much over the couple of years we have attended. I now see them thriving in an environment that they feel confident to express their thoughts, ideas and stories amongst a group.A big THANK YOU for this beautiful occasion of enjoyment for all!Kind regards,Tammy

Large open areas. Different seating arrangements so you read a paper or settle into a bean bag and travel the world reading your book. Very helpful staff

First visit this time and I'm a little underwhelmed. It is more painful to visit the new location, but less hassle now it's off the main street. A better opinion will form over time.

What a wonderful place. The Staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I wanted to print and the use of the computer and printer was also so easy.
