I've used many building/ pest inspectors over the past 10 years & have never been completely satisfied in regards to the termite reports. All previous inspectors I've used don't have enough experience & knowledge to be able to accurately inform you what you're dealing with, so they always cover themselves by saying some areas aren't accessible & termites may be present, which can be true, but obviously not comforting when they can't confidently tell you that there's no existing live termites.So for my next property purchase, i was adamant on finding a termite expert, as the property was heavily termite damaged.
