Western Smiles Dental Care

Absolutely pathetic practice. If you have any regard for your time, please give them a miss. We booked in through Health engine for Monday. The receptionist called us to rebook us for the next day. We agreed to 11am. 2 seconds later- got another call to come in at 10.40am. I told her I couldnt promise to be there at 10.40 and could just about get there by 11. She then sent us a text that our appointment was at 10.40am. I didnt think much since I had explained I had things to do before the appointment. So, got a call at 10.55am when i was a minute away that you are 20minutes late for your appointment. I explained I did not commit to being there at 10.40 but the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I got there, filled in the forms for my parents and guess what after cancelling previous commitments in trying to get to the at 11 for an unplanned appointment, taking my parents and kids to the clinic I was told we can only accomodate 1 person today- not both my parents. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and to this the receptionist says,I can shred your forms."What a waste of time and such a humiliating experience. Avoid is the best advice I can give anyone attending this practice as they lack basic manners and can cancel you once you reach there for a booked appointment."

I've been going to Western Smiles for years now and absolutely love it. Peter and the team are amazing - they are really friendly and genuine people, and are excellent at what they do. It is evident that they genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of their patients. They take really good care of me, never leave me waiting and are always really accomodating when I need last minute appointments. I can't recommend them enough!

As a very nervous patient looking to find a new dental practice where I would feel comfortable and be put at ease, I could not have chosen better than Dr Duke and his team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I know I am in good, safe hands. Dr Duke was very gentle, and patient, explaining everything to me clearly. Lovely bright rooms and state of the art equipment. Was delighted to meet Benji the gorgeous therapy dog, he and I will become good friends, I'm sure! Many thanks to everyone, I feel much less stressed now, you are the best.

You know you have an excellent/extraordinary dental practitioner when they are seeing multiple people throughout 4 generations of your family and they are highly recommended by all of them.

Thank you Western Smiles dental care. Booking is so easy on health engine which not a lot dental place offer that booking. Care from dentist, Dr Tony Poli, is amazing. He extracted 4 tooth out even without my mom knowing that. Even after care is surprising. Really recommend to anyone who need dental care .

I never thought I would find a Dentist that not only is happy to explain procedures and answer any questions I have, but also make you feel comfortable, safe, and welcome at all times. All the staff at Western Smiles from the dentists to the reception team are so friendly and welcoming. It is so nice to have a dentist with a warm atmosphere for a change, and if all this wasn't enough they also have an adorable Cavoodle called Benji, who is the best therapy dog ever! I am so glad I found Western Smiles Dental Care!!
