As a tradesman I am constantly damaging my phone so I’ve been to quite a few phone repair stores but the phone spot was by far the best. I was treated promptly and professionally and there services was fairly priced and of the highest quality. The staff are not only knowledgeable but helpful and I will definitely be returning for all my future phone related needs.

Amazing service! I got my cracked iPhone fixed at The Phone Spot a couple of weeks back, and I was so happy with the service and products I received! It was done in under 30 mins, they gave me a free screen protector and the staff were so helpful in helping me choose a protective case. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants a high quality and quick repair.

These guys are awesome. They are quick, efficient, know what they are talking about and do a great job. I visited them just today with two phone issues, they fixed one and suggested the second would be covered under warranty. When I asked how much it cost to a) fix the first phone and b) check over the second one - he said no charge! Love your work guys.

The guys and gals at Phone Spot in Mittagong and Bowral are among the most helpful and professional I have come across for this industry. I have had cause to seek advice, make purchase and save my soggy phone on various occasions and they are always more than helpful. Have save my bacon more than once, and i am very grateful that they are there. Keep up the great work team! :)

Absolutely the best place to go for phone information and technology - I am from the older generation and vhoji from thePhone spot in Mittagong was so wonderful to me, professional, helpful and friendly he took his time to explain to me, he did not getFrustrated and I am so thankful for all his help, I would highly recommend talking to Vhoji and dealing with the phone spot Mittagong - so much better than Telstra!!!!!

Being the struggler I am, I managed to snap the headphone jack inside my iPad! I approached the guys at the phone spot with my issue, and despite the difficulty of the situation, offered to find a solution. They sent me away for a coffee, and when I came back, they had sorted it no issues at all.

Unreal service, after taking my phone to apple with a stuffed battery and them telling me I would have to pay $450 for a whole new phone and still be without a phone for 5 days. I took it here and within 40 minutes I had a new battery fitted and phone back to 100%. Will be back again if I ever have any phone problems!! Cheers
